Chantel is a soul singer and songwriter whose music flows from deep roots and divine inspiration. Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, she grew up in a home filled with harmony—her father a lifelong bassist, her mother a powerful singer. Surrounded by music and the Holy Spirit, Chantel’s love for singing began early in church choirs and has grown into a life of songwriting, collaboration, and heartfelt expression.

After spending years in Florida and now based in Ohio, Chantel brings her East Coast soul and Southern depth into every note she sings. She blends the richness of gospel with the timeless groove of R&B and soul. Her sound is intimate yet expansive—rooted in love, healing, faith, and authenticity.

Chantel writes her own songs and continues to grow as a musician, currently learning the bass while continuing to practice the guitar and keys. She continues to excel by challenging herself musically, collaborating with artists across the country, and falling deeper in love with music as we all evolve through these times.
